N2 - Résumé. - Les campagnes tunisiennes ont connu après l'Indépendance d'importantes mutations. L'évolution du système foncier et le développement de l'agriculture irriguée ont constitué deux axes majeurs de l'intervention de l'Etat et symbolisent à la fois les enjeux et les contradictions de l'aménagement de l'espace rural.
N2 - Abstract. - After independence, the tunisian countryside underwent important changes. The evolution of land ownership and the spreading of irrigated lands were the main preoccupations of State intervention ; they simultaneously embodied the stakes and contradictions of countryside planning.
