N2 - À l’aide d’exemples tirés de son expérience personnelle, l’auteur montre que le contrôle des vaccins et la certification des réactifs biologiques ont été, bien avant leur formalisation, des démarches vers l’Assurance Qualité, devenue aujourd’hui une nécessité. Les exemples relatifs aux vaccins concernent la fièvre aphteuse et la rhinotrachéite bovine infectieuse. Pour la certification des réactifs, deux exemples sont fournis, la leucose bovine enzootique et la rhinotrachéite bovine infectieuse.
N2 - The control of animal vaccines and the certification of biological reagents, first steps to quality management With examples taken in his personal experience, the author shows that the control of animal vaccines and the certification of biological reagents ware, well before there formalization, the first steps to Quality Management, an absolute necessity today. For the control of vaccines, two examples are developped : foot and mouth disease and infectious bovine rhinotracheitis. For the certification of biological reagents two examples are given : enzootic bovine leukosis and infectious bovine rhinotracheitis.
