%X Ce mors provient d’une vente : pour l’Afghanistan, où il aurait été forgé il y a environ 150 ans, et serait, depuis longtemps, inusité. Il est opposé aux mors traditionnels (franco-anglais) à gourmette (chaînette) : de filet brisé ou de bride. Il est alors décrit avec mensurations ; puis comparé à ceux du même type : à gourmette-anneau. Est discutée leur dureté ; puis celle que pouvait avoir ce mors, avec essai en bouche satisfaisant. Est enfin montré l’intérêt multidisciplinaire des mors. La gourmette-anneau est typique des pays qui ont reçu l’Islam, ou son influence : par l’Espagne et le Portugal jusqu’aux Amériques.

It is so described with its size : then compared with bits of the same type with ring-club. The author examines their toughness, then the harshness of such a bit in a mouth of a donkey. The try was conclusive. At least, the author lays stress on the general and multidisciplinary interest of bits. The ring-curb is typical of countries that have been influenced by Islam : through Spain and Portugal, and from there all the way to America.
