  • Description: Education regardless of the embodiment, if a high school education, college or as a training course or workshop is always followed by an evaluation of the persons who attended these courses. Evaluation is the process of determination if a person has acquired the new knowledge. Possible modes of evaluation are presented for students and graduates in the classic evaluation and via mobile devices. Whatever the manner of the examination, the teacher should meet with students for the college or in another location. Following the examination by the teacher to assess students' theses and then meet with students and provision of results.In this paper is presented the development of applications for mobile learning environment. The development of the application is the client-server and communication between the mobile device and the central server is through SOAP web services. This provides a great dynamism for examining how students in that the questions can be changed without having to intervention in the application but only in the central server.Students examination is done through multiple choice questions and assessment is in place, students receive immediate result of having completed the exam, and the teacher does not have to interact with the application when the student exam. The exam may be held at any time no matter the hour of day or night, the service is available 24/7.The examination of students save in logs all actions performed by users for a further investigation or a later analysis. This analysis is presented and advices for improving the M-Evaluation of students are provided.
