Die Therapie periprothetischer Frakturen ist aufgrund des hohen Alters und des häufig schlechten Gesundheitszustandes der Patienten sowie der Komplexität der Behandlung mit hohen Komplikationsraten verbunden. Aufgabe dieser Studie war es, Unterschiede in der Versorgung und im Komplikationsspektrum periprothetischer Femurfrakturen bei Patienten mit Hüft- und Kniegelenkersatz darzustellen.
