  • Beschreibung: Significance Making immunotherapy more widely effective requires improved understanding of the pathways that regulate the interactions between tumor and immune cells. This work identified a previously unappreciated difference in these pathways between heterogenous epigenetic states that coexist in neuroblastoma. The generally rarer mesenchymal subpopulation has more active inflammatory sensing and signaling, revealing a potential immunologic vulnerability of these chemotherapy-resistant cells.
