  • Beschreibung: <p>A nitrogen plasma generated by a self-designed microplasma device was analyzed by cw and pulse EPR spectroscopy in real time. Nitrogen atoms were detected and characterized in terms of spectral widths, relaxation times and actual concentrations.</p>
