Chilean artist Ariel Bustamante is known for works that break down traditional notions of sound art. In his projects and research, Bustamante concentrates on finding strategies to understand physical and cognitive aspects of sound. In this way both architectural and sculptural features are present in his art. Most projects also include elements of media technology and science.
