  • Description: Graft-derived cell-free DNA (GcfDNA) is a promising non-invasive organ integrity biomarker. In a prospective, observational, multicenter trial plasma GcfDNA was investigated in 115 adults post liver transplantation (LTx) at three German transplant centers.
