An account of how the American government recruited Nazi collaborators and war criminals after the war to work undercover accumulating information about the USSR, and then shipped them out to freedom via the 'Rat Trail' to South America and the USA. Film contains very disturbing footage of atrocities committed by these people, as well as interviews with eyewitnesses
