In the present text, two empirical studies based on one another on the topic of success factors in (German) idea management are presented. It is an interview study among experts, idea managers and employees. All three interviewed groups were asked questions about the most important success factors in idea management from their point of view. The results were summarized and used to form hypotheses. The hypotheses were checked with the subsequent questionnaire study.
