The article deals with the Neo-Pentecostal economic entrepreneurship, pointing out its theoretical references and organization in Brazil. This religious and economic phenomenon has been developing itself in a context of intense competition among churches which values the market economy. The religious leader figure, who is also a business manager, is widely discussed based. Their religious corporation practices use to have political implications as well as legal controversies. Results from a wide research are presented. The text contains the analysis of the main leaders and institutions of that Brazilian Pentecostal face.
