  • Description: This study was made to identify and analyze the factors that influence in the form of Independence Independence Learning Learning, Learning Styles, Motivation, Creativity. Techniques used in the sampling in this study is the Smart PLS, with a sample of 200 respondents. data collection using questionnaires using Smart Partial Least Square, with Smart PLS 3.0 software.The results and implications of this research are that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on improving learning independence. In this study found significant results for the variable effect and independence of learning, namely, Emotional Intelligence, Learning Styles, Motivation, Kreativitas. When Emotional Intelligence, Learning Styles, Motivation, Creativity increases, Independence Learning will also increase
