This study investigates the influence of Organizational Capabilities and Willingness on Supplier Knowledge Flow Management. Data was collected from supply chain personals from Pakistan by means of a close-ended questionnaire. Data were analyzed through Structured Equation Modeling and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results suggested that Supplier Knowledge Flow Management is positively and significantly influenced by both Organizational Capabilities and Willingness factors. Thus the results suggested that managers should develop the communication system that improves the sharing of knowledge among the partners. The spare level of communication among the workers could affect the enactment of the organization and could further affect the goal attainment strategy significantly
