  • Description: Hotel Sector is the most important sector in United Kingdom, it contributed about 121.1 billion pound to United Kingdom's Gross Domestic Production. Hence, the determinant that may affect the performance of the hotel industries have to be found. The liquidity is an important aspect to evaluate the performance of the hotel industries. Thus, the determinants that will give influence to liquidity risk are to be found. The method that used in this research to confirm the correlation of the determinants to the liquidity risk is regression analysis. The regression models that used in this research are: firm-specific factors, macroeconomic factors, and both firm-specific and macroeconomic factors. After analysis, the liquidity risk is reported to be influenced by credit risk and corporate governance element. However, based on the result, macroeconomic factors give less significance impact to the liquidity risk, compared to firm-specific factors. This research is expected to allow for more consideration of the liquidity risk for other sectors in other regions and may contribute on the future research on the determinant of liquidity risk
