This paper reviews several International Trade Commission antidumping cases involving Korean computer chips from a law and economics perspective. Part I reviews and analyzes the controversy. Part II points out some of the most serious problems with the current United States antidumping policy. In addition to discussing antidumping law from a utilitarian perspective, which is the usual methodology used by law & economics theorists, the authors expand the analysis by incorporating philosophical and ethical insights that include a discussion of property and contract rights. In Part III, the authors conclude that dumping is a victimless crime and that the antidumping laws should be repealed, the sooner the better
