Russian Abstract: В исследовании приводятся оценки совокупных экономических потерь общества от наличия хронических заболеваний и других проблем со здоровьем, как в долгосрочном, так и в краткосрочном периоде. В работе представлено общее ранжирование проблем со здоровьем по степени дополнительного воздействия на совокупный доход общества (в долгосрочном и краткосрочном периоде). На основании оценок экономических потерь общества и степени влияния рассмотренных факторов на вероятность получения заболеваний даются общие рекомендации об эффективности и целесообразности различных программ в сфере здравоохранения
English Abstract: The study provides estimates of total economic losses to society from the presence of chronic diseases and other health problems, both in the long and short term. The paper presents the overall ranking of health problems on the degree of additional effects on total revenue of the company (in the long and short term). Based on estimates of the economic losses the company and discussed the degree of influence factors on the probability of getting diseases are general recommendations about the effectiveness and appropriateness of the various programs in the healthcare sector
