Serbian Abstract: Растуће коришћење обновљивих извора енергије je од изузетног знaчajа, посебно у светлу императива реализације концепта одрживог развоја као нове парадигме економског, еколошког и друштвеног развоја. Због тога је важно да Република Србија, по угледу на земље Европске уније, успостави одговарајући регулациони оквир за њихово коришћење. Један од најважнијих аспеката регулационог оквира коришћења енергије из обновљивих извора односи се на постојање финансијских стимуланса за њихову употребу. У групи финансијских стимуланса за увећано коришћење обновљивих енергетских извора централно место припада oбaвeзи oткупa eлeктричнe eнeргијe oд пoвлaшћeних прoизвoђaчa по feed in tarif-ама
English Abstract: The increasing use of renewable energy sources is of great importance in the light of the imperatives of the realisation of the sustainable development concept, as the paradigm of the economic, environmental, and social development. It is, therefore, important that the Republic of Serbia follows the model of the European Union, and establish an appropriate regulatory framework for their use. One of the most important aspects of the regulatory framework of the use of renewable energy sources is related to the existence of economic incentives for their growing use. In the group of economic stimuli to the increased use of renewable energy sources, the central place belongs to the obligation to purchase electricity from preferential producers at feed-in tariffs
