El presente artículo parte del análisis de la aplicación del polígrafo como herramienta preventiva de conductas antisociales, como lo es el robo hormiga o fraudes millonarios, es importante remarcar que el polígrafo o control de confianza evalúa conductas pasadas, no predice el futuro, solo correlaciona conductas y comportamientos para dar un panorama de posibles escenarios y determinar si el sujeto es predisponente a conductas antisociales, no exime a nadie de cometer estas conductas pero si da un rango amplio de conocimiento del sujeto y mantiene preparado, por eso es más factible que esta prueba se realice también aleatoriamente a todos los departamentos cada año, pues tras varios estudios de profesionales en la poligrafía se ha detectado la eficiencia de la aplicación para detectar conductas y declinar a personal no apto para el puesto creando una cultura de prevención.
