Description:
N, S co-doped CQDs decorated Bi 4 O 5 Br x I 2-x solid solution was synthesized by temperature controlled in-situ coprecipitation method. N, S-GQDs was uniformly dispersed in the Bi 4 O 5 Br x I 2-x nanosheets with diameter of about 10nm, which significantly improved the absorption intensity and photogenerated carrier separation efficiency. Within 90 min of visible light irradiation, the degradation rate of phenol by N, S-GQDs/Bi 4 O 5 Br 0.8 I 1.2 -15 was 97.04%, and the apparent rate constant was 3.81 times higher than that of Bi 4 O 5 Br 0.8 I 1.2 . The excellent photocatalytic performance was attributed to the novel structure, which provided rich adsorption sites and appropriate energy band, as well as the separation and transfer of photogenerated charge hole pairs accelerated due to the electron enrichment effect of N, S-GQDs
