This dissertation deals with the clinical picture of TMA (TTP, STEC-HUS, aHUS and secondary TMA). The first question of the thesis deals with laboratory chemical parameters. This dissertation uncovers some aspects of TMA that can provide guidance in diagnosis and prognosis. The shown differential diagnostic list, worked out in this thesis, should give a possible indication of a specific TMA at the standard blood examination.
