Este trabajo propone una reflexión que resalta la dimensión teológica de la crisis de los abusos en contextos eclesiales, junto con algunas consideraciones que deben ser tenidas en cuenta para no caer en asociaciones simplistas o en atribuciones causales difíciles de sostener. Por otra parte, expone algunos nudos problemáticos -relacionados con la antropología teológica- que merecen ser profundizados para hacerse cargo de la crisis eclesial de los abusos desde todos sus ámbitos: a. la reflexión sobre la polaridad don/límite que subyace a la comprensión teológica del poder humano; b. la conceptualización del excepcionalismo humano y sus implicancias; y, c. el déficit teológico en la consideración de la niñez.
This article highlights the theological dimension of the sexual abuse crisis in church contexts and examines some important considerations aimed at guarding against simplistic associations or causal attributions that are difficult to sustain. The article also proposes that, in order to get the ecclesial crisis of abuse under control in all spheres in which it occurs, in-depth analysis of three topics related to theological anthropology is necessary: a) a reflection on the gift/limit polarity underlying the theological understanding of human power; b) the conceptualization of human exceptionalism and its implications; and c) the lack of a deeper theological consideration of childhood.
