Die vorliegende Veröffentlichung trägt aktuelle Daten und Erkenntnisse zur Auswirkung der Digitalisierung auf die Arbeitswelt und den Gesundheitszustand von Erwerbstätigen im Freistaat Thüringen zusammen. Die Publikation vermittelt einen exemplarischen Überblick über momentane Entwicklungen, Chancen, Herausforderungen und Handlungsfelder, die im Zuge der Digitalisierung ausgemacht werden. Die Erfassung dieser Daten erfolgte anhand eines Online-Fragebogens in einem Zeitraum vom 01. Juni 2021 bis zum 06. September 2021 durch das Interventionsprojekt „Digitale Arbeit erfolgreich gesund gestalten“. Wie die Daten dieser Erhebung nahelegen, ist die Digitalisierung in der Erwerbsbevölkerung in Thüringen angekommen und führt in diesem Zusammenhang zu gesundheitlichen Veränderungen.
This publication provides information about and insights into the effects of digitalization in work environments, and the health conditions of employees related to this in Thuringia, Germany. The publication presents an overview of current developments as well as opportunities, and identifies challenges and fields of action in connection with the digitalization. The used data has been collected through an online survey in the period of June 1, 2021 through September 6, 2021 in the course of the co-operating project “Digitale Arbeit erfolgreich gesund gestalten”, which translates to “making digital work successful and healthy”. The results of the survey indicate, that the process of digitalization has taken a hold on work environments in Thuringia and, as a consequence, has led to changes in the general health of the employees.
