This paper introduces two key factors affecting business model innovation, including big data capability and user experience. The research results show that: organizational legitimacy, big data capability ,and user experience all contribute to business model innovation; organizational legitimacy has a positive relationship with big data capability and also has a positive impact on user experience; big data capability has a significant positive relationship with user experience. Big data capability and user experience play a fully mediating role between organizational legitimacy and business model innovation
