  • Description: In the twenty-first century, customers are more informed than store employees. Different marketing strategies are currently used by practitioners to comprehend consumer behavior. According to the current body of research, many researchers came to the conclusion that ethnocentrism, premium pricing, and visual merchandising play important roles and have become significant components in many industries. This study's primary goals are to review prior research on the effects of these three marketing strategies on consumer purchasing behavior and to identify any knowledge gaps. Although there is a wealth of information on visual merchandise, there haven't been enough studies linking these three strategies to consumer purchasing patterns. As a potent marketing tool, it will also be used to identify current trends in the strategies under consideration and make suggestions for improvements. Consequently, the goal of this study is to systematically review and examine the current body of knowledge on these marketing strategies. This study adds to the body of academic knowledge by pointing out some areas in the literature that still need further study and by offering suggestions for future research
