  • Description: Based on the quasi-natural experiment of the relaxation of bank access(BA) conditions in the exchange market, this study implements a difference-in-differences (DID) analysis to investigate the impact on the credit interest rate. We empirically find that bank access improves liquidity and reduces credit spreads. These findings enrich the understanding of bond spreads and shed light on the development of the investor structure in the bond market
