ChatGPT and Google Bard are the latest iterations of real-time Generative Artificial Intelligence, which is designed to tackle complex natural language and data analytical skills. The correctness of answers provided by ChatGPT and Bard are yet to be validated. This paper compares the direct usage of the data analytical outputs of ChatGPT and Bard against the results obtained using traditional academic models. It was concluded that both ChatGPT and Bard provide similar or better results than statistical models. Therefore, future practitioners can perform certain types of data analysis themselves using the Generative AI without depending on IT departments
