  • Description: Las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (NTIC) han generado en las instituciones educativas nuevos ambientes de aprendizaje, interacción, conocimiento y diversión, las cuales posibilitan la adquisición de habilidades y saberes necesarios para enfrentarse al mundo actual de una manera más accequible e inmediata.En esta investigación se detalla los sucesos originados entre los educandos y los docentes al utilizar las NTIC en su experiencia educativa, realizándolo desde el método cualitativo con un enfoque etnográfico, fundamentado en la observación, la entrevista semi- estructurada y la interacción directa entre el investigador, dos docentes del grado preescolar, el bibliotecario, quien cumplió las veces de docente, y 10 estudiantes de la institución mencionada.Los resultados adquiridos determinaron que para los educadores el uso de las NTIC son un medio que favorecen el acceso a múltiples recursos educativos, y que a su vez, posibilitan el afianzamiento en la realización de las actividades escolares, exigiéndoles la formación y la indagación constante sobre los recursos que se encuentran en el internet y la planeación de secciones lúdico interactivas que favorezcan el desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas, comunicativas, creativas y sociales.

    The new information and communication technologies (NICT) have generated in educational institutions new environments for learning, interaction, knowledge and fun, which enable the acquisition of skills and knowledge necessary to face the current world in a more accessible and accessible way. immediate.This research details the events originated between students and teachers when using ICT in their educational experience, doing it from the qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, based on observation, semi-structured interview and direct interaction between the researcher , two preschool teachers, the librarian, who served as teacher, and 10 students from the aforementioned institution.The results obtained determined that, for educators, the use of ICT is a means that favors access to multiple educational resources, and that in turn, makes possible the consolidation in the realization of school activities, requiring training and constant inquiry about the resources found on the internet and the planning of interactive playful sections that favor the development of cognitive, communication, creative and social skills.
