Im Lichte der hohen Gewichtung von sozialen Kompetenzen bzw. Softskills im Kontext der dualen Berufsausbildung in Deutschland steht das Verhalten von Jugendlichen gegenwärtig im Fokus pädagogischer Institutionen am Übergang Schule–Beruf.
