The recurring theme of the 'garden' - a powerful symbol of nurturing, creation, and resistance - links together the three locations of Rebel Garden: the Groeninge Museum, the Gruuthuse Museum, and the St John's Hospital Museum. Gardens act as real-time indicators of the planet's state, offering both an idealized vision of our way of life and a space where the consequences of ecological changes are becoming increasingly visible.
