    J.H. Temple in his History of the town of Palmer, Mass., 1889, p. 280, lists this as one of the titles issued by Ezekiel Terry while he was printing at Palmer, Mass., between 1805 and 1817. The phrase "From E. Terry's press" appears on several title pages with imprint dates between 1812 and 1817
