Zusammenfassung: Zielsetzung dieser Arbeit ist die Aufklärung der Aufnahmemechanismen der clostridialer glucosylierender Toxine (CGT) in Zielzellen. Für diese Untersuchungen sollten verschiedene Endozytosewege durch pharmakologische und genetische Methoden blockiert werden. Zusammenfassung: The main task of this work was the analysis of the uptake of clostridial glucosylating toxins (cgt) in target cells Here we studied the endocytic processes that mediate cell internalization of the CGTs. Intoxication of cells was monitored by analyzing cell morphology, status of Rac glucosylation in cell lysates and transepithelial resistance of cell monolayers.
