Description:
The gamma ray data file "GAMDAT 78" is a comprehensive collection of gamma ray decay data of the radionuclides. It contains data of 2o55 radionuclides, including their half-lives, generating reactions, parent and daughter nuclides and, mainly, the energies and intensities of the gamma and X-rays emitted during their radioactive decay. The total number of lines included amounts to about 48ooo. This data set is stored on computer compatible magnetic tape. In the present report the data arrangement of the file is described and hints for itshandling are given.
