The maps are separately bound in a folio volume with a divisional titlepage (not counted in the above pagination): 'Stockdale's atlas to Cruttwell's gazetteer.' - Note on A2 verso: 'Signature [4 H] .. is cancelled - the kingdom of Norway having been omitted in the English edition'; 4H is in fact present, although Norway is indeed omitted
