Skinner, Dyke, and Skinner, on Thursday the 18th of April, 1799, at twelve o'clock, at Garraway's Coffee House, 'Change Alley, Cornhill, London, in ten lots. To be viewed till the sale, by applying to Mr. Aplin, solicitor, Banbury, of whom printed particulars may be had: also of Mr. Hopcraft, surveyor, croton; at the Red Lion, Banbury; George, Buckingham; Crown, Brackely; Saracen's Head, Daventry; of the printers of the Oxford and Northampton papers; of Mess. Sandys and Horton, Crane Court, Fleet Street; at the place of sale; and of Mess. Skinner, Dyke, and Skinner, Aldersgate Street, London, where plans may be seen
