  • Description: <jats:p> Virtual three-dimensional superresolution light microscopy is used to map the movements of membrane and soluble proteins from the cytoplasm to the primary cilium in live cells. Besides the intraflagellar transport route, passive diffusion and vesicle trafficking within the lumen of the primary cilium are adopted by proteins for cytoplasm–ciliary transport. </jats:p>
