In all three cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction, identification and localization of the defect was made by angiography. This report illustrates the safety and feasibility of ventriculography in patients with suspected cardiac rupture. Cathet Cardiovasc Intervent 2002;56:238–242. © 2002 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
