  • Description: <jats:p><jats:bold>Neutral 30 Valence‐Electron Tripledecker Complexes with <jats:italic>cyclo</jats:italic>‐E<jats:sub>5</jats:sub> Middle Deck (E = P, As)<jats:sup>[1]</jats:sup></jats:bold></jats:p><jats:p>In a stacking reaction of [(η<jats:sup>5</jats:sup>‐E<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>)M(η<jats:sup>5</jats:sup>‐C<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>Me<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>)] (3: E = P, As; M = Fe, Ru) with [M′(CO)<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>(NCMe)<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>] (<jats:bold>4</jats:bold>: M′ = Cr, Mo, W) at room temperature the neutral 30 valence‐electron tripledecker complexes [(η<jats:sup>5</jats:sup>‐C<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>Me<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>)M(μ‐η<jats:sup>5:5</jats:sup>‐E<jats:sub>5</jats:sub>) M′(CO)<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>] (<jats:bold>5</jats:bold>) are formed. Complexes <jats:bold>5b</jats:bold> (M = Fe, E = P, M′ = Mo) and <jats:bold>5c, d</jats:bold> (M = Fe, E = As, M′ = Cr, Mo) have been characterized by X‐ray structure analyses.</jats:p>
