  • Description: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>From a mutant strain of S. <jats:italic>coccosporum</jats:italic>, the new spirostaphylotrichins E (<jats:bold>2</jats:bold>), F(<jats:bold>3</jats:bold>), G (<jats:bold>4</jats:bold> or <jats:bold>5</jats:bold>), H (<jats:bold>5</jats:bold> or <jats:bold>4</jats:bold>), I (<jats:bold>6</jats:bold>), K (<jats:bold>7</jats:bold>), L (<jats:bold>8</jats:bold>), M (<jats:bold>9</jats:bold>), and S (<jats:bold>10</jats:bold>) have been isolated. Their structures have been elucidated by spectroscopic methods (UV, IR, <jats:sup>1</jats:sup>HNMR, <jats:sup>13</jats:sup>CNMR, and MS), chemical transformations, and X‐ray analysis (<jats:bold>3</jats:bold> and <jats:bold>7</jats:bold>).</jats:p>
