  • Description: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>The synthesis of spiro[indoline‐3,2′(3′<jats:italic>H</jats:italic>)‐[1,3,4]thiadiazoline]‐2‐ones <jats:bold>2a</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>g</jats:bold> by cyclization of isatin‐β‐thiosemicarbazones <jats:bold>1a</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>f</jats:bold> is reported. The structure determination of <jats:bold>2a</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>g</jats:bold> by IR, <jats:sup>1</jats:sup>H‐ and <jats:sup>13</jats:sup>C‐NMR measurements is also described.</jats:p>
