  • Description: AbstractSemi‐selective 1D one‐bond 1JCH correlations with 13C or 1H detection and multiple‐bond nJCH correlations with 1H detection are described. In these methods INEPT is used for the polarization transfer and pulsed field gradient coherence transfer pathway selection. The pulse sequences are designed particularly with regard to solving efficiently sterochemical problems in organic molecules with minimum acquisition time. The methods also allow easy quantification of heteronuclear nJCH coupling constants.
