<jats:p>In an Original Article by Melluso <jats:italic>et al</jats:italic>. recently published online (1 November 2011), the mineral named as rosenbuschite should be named låvenite throughout, having the chemical composition broadly corresponding to the chemical formula (Na, Ca)<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>(Mn, Fe)(Zr, Ti)Si<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>O<jats:sub>7</jats:sub>(O, OH, F)<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> (see Sørensen, 1997).</jats:p>
