  • Description: The photophysics of cyanine-labeled nucleic acids (NA) are transferred from the ensemble to the molecular level by means of all-atom MD with explicit dye probes. RNA-induced fluorescence enhancement (RIFE) is introduced as a sensor for dye–NA interactions to bridge the distance regimes of PET and FRET.
