  • Description: <p>Complexes [Fe(CO)<sub>4</sub>(RPCl<sub>2</sub>)] (<bold>2</bold>) (<bold>a</bold>: R = CPh<sub>3</sub>, <bold>b</bold>: R = <sup>t</sup>Bu) were used to generate the first examples of phosphinidenoid iron(0) complexes [Li(12-crown-4)(solv)<sub>n</sub>][Fe(CO)<sub>4</sub>(RPCl] (<bold>3a,b</bold>), characterized by NMR spectroscopy.</p>
