<jats:p> Ten years after placement of a thoracofemoral graft for aortoiliac occlusive disease, a mid graft pseudoaneurysm was identified following new trauma to the left flank. An aortogram confirmed the pseudoaneurysm. An initial attempt at repair with an endovascular stent failed; an open repair was required. </jats:p>
