  • Description: <jats:p>Reactive nodular fibrous pseudotumor (<jats:styled-content style="fixed-case">RNFP</jats:styled-content>) is a rare, benign, reactive lesion to antecedent abdominal surgery or trauma. In the presents study, we report a case of a 54‐year‐old woman who developed a mass at the hepatic hilum after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The mass was excised completely in two separate operations, and histopathological examination confirmed <jats:styled-content style="fixed-case">RNFP</jats:styled-content>. The clinical significance of the disease is discussed.</jats:p>
