  • Description: <jats:p> Here, we report the complete genome sequence of <jats:italic>Bacillus</jats:italic> sp. strain RZ2MS9, a plant growth-promoting bacterium isolated from the rhizosphere of guarana, a native crop from Amazonas, Brazil. The assembled genome comprises 5.35 Mbp, no plasmids, and a GC content of 35.22%. </jats:p>
