  • Description: In recent years, burnout has emerged as one of the most important work risks. Continuous chronical emotional and interpersonal stressors at the workplace can lead to burnout. Among those, psychosocial risk factors are things, events, or circumstances that may affect workers' health due to their work and workplace conditions and may result in burnout. The purpose of this research was to design and validate a scale to evaluate the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and burnout within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
