<jats:p>Diorganyldichlorosilanes (2 a, b) react with the disilylated sulfamides (1 a, b) to give the cyclodisilazanes (3a-c), however with the monosilylated sulfamide (4) the silazanes of type 5 are formed. Reaction of 1 a with bis-(dimethylchlorosilyl) sulfurdiimide (6) affords the cyclic compound (7).</jats:p>
