  • Description: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p> 2,4,6-Trichloroborazine 2,4,6-Trichloroborazine is an important starting material for the preparation of many borazine derivatives, particularly for the parent borazine (HB=NH)<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>. Both are precursors for the CVD of boron nitride. Improved conditions for the synthesis of (CIB=NH)<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> to give high yields are reported.</jats:p>
